This is a must try in Baku, staff were all helpful, friendly and spoke good English. We (5 person)went to this restaurant based on our local tour guide and I can definitely say that this was a very good choice. The restaurant is nearby the Fountain Square an located in a basement ,by the way like quite a few other restaurants in Baku. The inside of the restaurant,is specially designed.Since the restaurant bears the name Dolma which is considered one of the national dishes of the country, we ordered this dish.In this restaurant, you can get the dolma,in three different variations, one with the most common, grapes leaves, one with cabbage leaves and the third, with peppers. We shared all the dishes we ordered. All of them tasted great and probably are the best in Baku.We also had two kinds of salads, one is a National one called Choban salad ,kebab and a special dish called Shah Plov, made of baked meat and rice. Finally for desert we had tea and baklava. The service was amazing and always with smiles. For all that includes drinking we paid around 170 Manat.Definitely will back if will come again to Baku.
