FYI - this is an unsolicited review because I always believe and enjoy in sharing a fantastic experience with fellow Tripadvisor readers. Most of the dishes were made vegan by' the Hotel. We were served by a fantastic young women Maddie for whom nothing was too much trouble. The staff were dealing very well with new covid restrictions they were handed only hours prior, including beautifully polite enforcing on non co operative patrons.
