They barely changed anything from the first Storm game. Also, when Guy opened the 8th gate of death, he was also stronger than the five Kage. Kakashi has trained his sharingan to three tomeo's in part one, and in part two he obtained the highest form of the sharingan the mangekyou sharingan. That would explain why he could use perfect susanoo so quickly and he'd have more chakra reserve but that doesn't necessarily mean he flat out wins the battle. The only thing that could counter Kamui was flat out speed (such as Minato vs. Tobi, or Madara's TSB being fast enough to prevent Obito from teleporting).
