This team-based project is intended to push the envelope of your skills in defining, addressing, and solving customer service and cost problems in all parts of the logistics supply chain. These short-term classes are usually offered at night, weekends, or online and are designed to enhance personal or professional skills.
This is a case-based course designed to show students best practices in serving emerging markets. Classes for on-campus students will be taught across three environments for the fall semester: in person, via Zoom, and 100% online.
