I'm very much excited for this movie!!! One day, Hong-Sil learns that her neighborhood will undergo redevelopment and the tenants will receive 7 million Won ($6,000 USD) to relocate. Now that Hong-Sil has gotten the relocation fee for both apartments she comes across another problem. A man from a wealthy family who should be in his second year of college, is still finishing his highschool requirements. They start talking when she accepts she can't escape him. Song Joong Ki was excellent and the lead girl was also charming. His family hire a tutor for him who is his own age but she comes from a poor background. Yoon-Jung accidentally calls a stranger, instead of her boyfriend, and has phone sex with the unknown man. I wouldn't say this was my favorite film of the year, but I would recommend it to anyone who wants to watch a refreshing, feel-good movie that isn't too frivolous. After all, she last appeared in a movie as the title character in "Miss Gold Digger" and now plays Miss Penny Pincher…
